We offer a variety of services such as personal training, group classes, and meal planning! Some of our facility amenities include a café, store, childcare while our members workout, and massages by our licensed massage therapists!

Allows you a day pass to use equipment.

Basic Member

Basic Membership allows access to gym equipment, yoga class & boot camp class.

$25 Billed monthly

Double up

Applies to same household- Married couples. Access to gym equipment, and boot camp class. Add on available for $5. (room reservation, discount card to cafe & store) Discount card will apply to Inside Out items only.

$45 Billed monthly

Silver member

Silver membership includes access to gym equipment, and boot camp class. The Silver Membership is specific to members who have children and need childcare while they workout. Members will be able to check in up to 2 children at Inside Out Kidz while they workout or attend an exercise class.

$35 Billed monthly

Gold Member

Gold membership grants access to gym equipment, boot camp class, Inside Out Kidz, reserving the meeting/ conference room once a quarter.

$55 Billed monthly

Platinum member

Platinum Membership allows access to gym equipment, boot camp class, Inside Out Kidz, able to reserve the meeting/ conference room once a quarter for up to 3 hours. 20% discount card for the Inside Out Cafe. Receive a 20% off discount card for the Inside Out store (applies to Inside Out items only)
